Step 1: Tell Us About the Property
Share the address, the type of property, what you want to accomplish and any photos or documents you have. A short description is enough to start.

Step 2: Property Review
We review the information, ask follow-up questions and, where it makes sense, schedule a visit to see the existing conditions in person.

Step 3: Scope & Proposal
We define the work in writing: what is included, what is not, how the project will be sequenced and what decisions you will need to make.

Step 4: Project Execution
Approved work is scheduled and coordinated. You get regular updates, and changes are discussed and agreed before they happen.

Step 5: Quality Review
Work is checked as it progresses and again near the end. A punch list captures anything that still needs attention.

Step 6: Completion
Final details, cleanup and a closing walkthrough. From there the property is ready to be occupied, managed, marketed or sold.
