What information helps you give an accurate estimate?
The property address, a description of the work, photos of the existing space and any drawings or measurements you have. We may schedule a walkthrough before providing a detailed proposal.
Can you work on older Twin Cities homes?
Yes. Many homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul are decades old, and we plan for the surprises that older framing, finishes and layouts can bring once walls are opened.
